MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of World Outreach Conference Center (WOCC) is to fulfill the great commission in Mark 16:15: … “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Our goal is to prepare the neighborhood and surrounding communities for the coming of Jesus Christ and to establish His Kingdom on earth.

To accomplish our mission, we use utilize various forms of communication for example, radio, television, mass mailings, and street evangelism. We train the young and old to understand how the principles of God relate to their every day life and how these principles can transform their lives and the world. The heart of our mission is to call sinners to repentance and faith in God as an important means of effecting that transformation.

In achieving our mission, nothing is done that does not glorify God, His son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Honesty and integrity is characterized in everything that we do. Love is our badge of honor and we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live and care for the needs of our community on a personal level. We train, equip and empower the youth in our community.

Our goal is to give generous assistance and relief to those that are in need and suffering in our neighborhood and surrounding communities. We donate to other organizations that share our same objectives.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe that the Old and New Testament is the inspired Word of God, given to humanity to imitate Him according to Genesis 1:26-27. We also believe that there is one God, who is the Creator of all things on earth, existing in three manifestations, Father, Son and the Holy Ghost.

We believe Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Ghost of the Virgin Mary, died on the Cross, not just for the sins of the world, but to restore mankind back to his original state, which is made in the image of God. The ministry of the Holy Ghost, which is the third manifestation of God, is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ on earth. His ministry also convicts mankind of sin, changing the unbeliever into a powerful believer that will imitate the works of Jesus Christ on earth.

We know that the shed blood of Jesus and His resurrection provides salvation for all who believe, regardless of gender, race or creed. We are also waiting for the return of our Saviour Jesus Christ, for this is our reward for our faithfulness towards Him.

We believe in divine healing through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, and we believe that healing is included in the Redemption.

We believe in water baptism, in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as distinct from the New Birth, in speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4), in the gifts of the Spirit, and in the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit. We believe that all of these are available to believers.
